Need another copy of a course certificate? ElecTrain’s new student records portal gives you a place to find your issued certificates without searching through old email attachments.

It’s part of our connected training management system, which brings session check-in, instructor review, course feedback, and completion records into one workflow.

Simple check-in, account setup later

At a participating session, scan the instructor’s QR code, confirm the course, and provide your name and email address. A phone number and professional-license information are optional. You don’t need to create an account just to check in.

After your instructor confirms successful completion and releases your certificate, you’ll receive an email with your PDF certificate and a link to access your records. New users can set up an account; returning users can sign in. If your email already belongs to an account and you don’t know the password, use the password-reset option.

Find the right certificate

Your training records display the courses connected to your account, with a View certificate button for each issued certificate. You can also use Share feedback to tell us about that course.

Certificates include the participant and course information, training dates and hours, course-content topics, instructor details, and a certificate identifier. Optional professional-license details can also be included.

Missing an older course?

We’re adding historical training records over time, so earlier courses may not appear yet. Contact ElecTrain with the course and approximate date if you need help finding a record. We can review the original records and help with access or certificate requests.

Open Instructor / Student login and sign in to view your available student records.
